Tim Mitchell

PhD, FACP

Tim Mitchell is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist from Australia who has broad experience in the research, education and clinical management of musculoskeletal pain disorders. Tim works part-time in clinical practice and part-time teaching and researching at Curtin University. He has worked clinically in the Middle East and Australia in the areas of acute injury, sports injury and complex musculoskeletal pain.

Tim has completed a PhD in the area of low back pain and has a special interest in the management of complex and chronic injuries and pain disorders. His research and teaching interests are in the translation of logical clinical reasoning into clinical practice.

He is lead author on the recently published eBook: Musculoskeletal clinical Translation Framework: From Knowing to Doing.
