Alba Magri

Physiotherapist specialized in: Bobath® Concept Neuromotor Rehabilitation, IBITA Advanced Course Instructor

After receiving her diploma as a rehabilitation therapist from the Spedali Civili in Brescia in 1991, from 1991 to 2002, she worked at the Neuromotor Rehabilitation Unit of the Fondazione S. Maugeri in Gussago (BS). She started training in the Bobath Concept® in 1995 and training to become an IBITA (International Bobath Instructors Training Association) instructor in 2000. In 2004, she earned her qualification as a Bobath Basic course instructor. She continued her training in the Bobath Concept® and she earned her qualification as an Advanced Instructor in 2015. She currently teaches the Bobath® Concept to physiotherapists and medical doctors at several public and private rehabilitation centers in Italy, at the University of Milano-Bicocca, and the University of Reggio Emilia in the Master of “Rehabilitation of the Severe Acquired Brain Injury.” She has worked at Studioerre since 2002 where she focuses on the neuromotor treatment of adults and children affected by congenital and acquired neurological injuries. Since 2014, she has managed EduMed srl, an ECM-accredited rehabilitation training company, organizing courses for health workers, mainly physiotherapists and medical doctors.

Alessandro Perfetti

Physiotherapist specialized in: Bobath® Concept Neuromotor Rehabilitation

After earning his degree in physiotherapy in 2006 from University of Brescia, from 2007 to 2010, he worked as a physiotherapist at the Fondazione “Ospedale di Riposo Nobile Paolo Richiedei” in Gussago, where he worked full-time in home-assistance rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, and with patients in a persistent vegetative state. In 2010, he started working for Studioerre, where he developed and fine-tuned his competences in treating adult patients with neurological lesions, working alongside Alba Magri and training in the Bobath® Concept, expanding his knowledge through many advanced courses over the years. Working with Lisa Mantovani has allowed him to expand his knowledge about manual therapy following the Maitland® Concept, in which he maintains an active interest.
Since 2012, he has been in charge of organizing training courses, which formed the basis for starting the EduMed training company in 2014, through which he and his colleagues have realized his idea of providing advanced training in physiotherapy.
